Prices are listed in EURO for one night (minimum 7 nights). Prices include: tourist tax, cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi, bed sheets and towels. For reservation 30% payment of total booking price is required (no refund) and other 70% payment of total booking price is required 30 days before arrival. Refundable damage deposit is 500 EUR.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 30 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
